Miradry

About miraDry

I recommend this hotel

I am concerned about armpit sweat and armpit odor.

I want treatment that leaves no scars

No need to worry about scars as it is a non-incisional procedure

By using microwaves, MiraDry thermally destroys the “eccrine sweat glands” that cause hyperhidrosis and the “apocrine sweat glands” that cause armpit irritation, so it does not leave any scars and prevents skin damage. Treatment can be done while suppressing it. Since there is no incision, you can resume your normal daily life from the next day after the surgery.

Underarm sweat treatment approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare

In June 2018, MiraDry was officially approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a “microwave underarm sweat treatment device.” Its efficacy and safety have also been recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and it has been approved for the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis, underarm odor, and hair loss.

Semi-permanent effect

MiraDry is the latest treatment for underarm odor and hyperhidrosis with an excellent balance of effectiveness and downtime. Microwaves are applied to the skin and the heat used destroys the sweat glands in question. Destroyed sweat glands rarely regenerate, so long-term effects can be expected.
